{
  "error": {

  }
}

What you told me

“The new subscription doesn't work.”

you · just now

Let's read it.

What it actually says

The resource provider for that resource type isn't registered in the subscription yet. The namespace is in the message.

Azure outage? No. A one-time subscription setup step is missing.

The fix

  1. 01Copy the namespace from the error.
  2. 02Register it (needs */register/action permission at subscription scope).
  3. 03Wait until the state is 'Registered', then redeploy.
Azure CLI
az provider register \
  --namespace Microsoft.<Provider>

az provider show -n Microsoft.<Provider> --query registrationState

Read it faster next time

The namespace in quotes is the whole fix.
